This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request an estimate, or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our request form, call us, or book an appointment, we collect:

• your name, email address, phone number and the address where the work will happen

• the kind of customer you are, such as residential, designer, property manager or business

• the details of your project, including descriptions, quantities and product links

  photos or videos you text to us

  your choice about text messages

• referral requests and what you tell us you're looking for

• appointment details, including the date, time and anything you add when booking

Information created while we work with you. This includes your estimate, scheduling and job records, notes from calls and voicemails, before-and-after photos our installers take for the job report, invoices and payment status, and any feedback you give us after the job.

Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Wix, which uses cookies and similar technologies to run the site and may collect basic information about your visit, such as your browser and the pages you view. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• prepare your estimate and plan the job

• schedule, confirm and carry out your installation

• contact you about your request by email, phone or, if you've agreed, text message

• send invoices and payment links

• ask for feedback after the job

• keep business, tax and warranty records

• improve how we estimate and schedule work

We use an AI service to help prepare estimates from the details you submit. A person at Final Touch reviews every estimate before it's sent to you.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our form, we'll text you about your service request: estimates, scheduling, questions or photo requests about the job, invoices and payment links, and a feedback request after the job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to request service.

We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only as follows:

• Installers. Independent installers who perform your job receive what they need to do it: your name, phone number, the job address, access instructions and the job details. They're required to keep it confidential and use it only for your job.

• Service providers. We use outside companies to run our business: website and form hosting, automation and record-keeping tools, an AI service that helps prepare estimates, email and file storage, phone and text messaging, appointment scheduling, and accounting and payments. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

• Referrals you ask for. If you check the referral box on our form, we'll share your name, the contact details you choose (email, phone or both) and what you told us you're looking for, and only with the designer(s) or artist(s) we recommend for that request. They're independent businesses, and any work you do with them is between you and them. We may receive a referral fee from them.

• Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or anyone else's, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Payments

Invoices and payment links are handled by our accounting and payment provider. We don't store your card or bank account details.

Photos

Our installers take before-and-after photos of the work for our job records, and they avoid capturing people, documents, security panels, access codes and valuables wherever possible. We won't publish photos of your home without your permission.

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business, tax and warranty records, and resolve any disputes. After that, we delete it or remove what identifies you. If you opt out of text messages, we stop texting you right away and keep a record of the opt-out so we don't text you again.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out.

• Your information. Email us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records for legal, tax or warranty reasons.

Children

Our website and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
